Majlis Menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman Antara DPIM dengan Awqaf New Zealand
Majlis menandatngani MOU ditandatangan antara DPIM dengan Awqaf New Zealand pada 17hb Julai 2011 di KPJ TAWAKKAL SPECIALIST HOSPITAL, Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur.MOU ini memberi faedah untuk kedua-dua pihak dan sekali gus mengiktiraf DPIM antara institusi yang autoritatif mengenai Waqaf Korporat, iaitu satu pembaharuan institusi yang mempunyai potensi memperbaharui sistem ekonomi dan sosial ummah di peringkat global.

AWQAF New Zealand has great pleasure in signing this MOU in acknowledgement, admiration and the distinctive visionary leadership ofYbhg Tan Sri Muhammad Ali Hashim Chairman, Waqaf An-Nur Corporation Berhad in the field of Awqaf and Waqaf Development, who is also the Deputy President of the Malaysian Islamic Chamber of Commerce (MICC/DPIM). Awqaf New Zealand is privileged and honoured to work under Tan Sri Muhammad Ali’s guidance, to learn, enhance, promote and contribute to the Awqaf concept as a community development way of life.
1. Awqaf New Zealand and MICC (DPIM) agree to cooperate in discussions to identify areas where staff of both organisations can work together to promote international excellence in Waqf development and Waqf training programs.
2. Each party will share information with others to help promote mutual understanding, and each will respect the confidentiality and intellectual ownership of this information. MICC (DPIM) shall provide know-how and information on the Malaysian experience of Waqaf, especially through MAHH who is Founder Chairman of Waqaf An-Nur Corporation Berhad.
3. Each party will respect the name and high reputation of the other, and will consult with the other regarding any publicity or external reference to this memorandum of understanding.
4. Each party will also seek to promote cooperation to mutual benefit, and will be responsible for its own actions and its own costs associated with this memorandum of understanding.
